LAS VEGAS – U.S. Senator Jacky Rosen’s office has opened the application process for students seeking a nomination to one of the four U.S. Service Academies. Admission to any of the academies requires congressional nomination.
The four academies each prepare cadets and midshipmen to become officers in the U.S. Armed Forces while also earning their bachelor’s degrees.
Interested Nevadans have until Friday October 30, 2020 to apply for a nomination to one of the following U.S. Service Academies:
- U.S. Naval Academy, Annapolis, MD
- U.S. Military Academy, West Point, NY
- U.S. Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, CO
- U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, Kings Point, NY
